When was the last time you went to your city park?

It is something we do not think about: our government spends money on a large grassy area for us to hang out, but how often do you go?

There could be a farmers' market going on where you can find so many fun trinkets, and the food they bring is always a nice charm.

Since I am writing about it, I bet you can guess what that means. I went to the city park now that today was such a beautiful day.

The smell of the stinky pond with goose poop was charming. All the strangers who are enjoying the park like we are. Everyone has a pet, and they are also enjoying the weather. It's been gloomy, so we have not been able to go to the park, but the wait was worth it.

How comfortable are you outside?

For a long time, I wasn't, which is why I would always have an AirPod in my ear. It was a way to zone out everything so I could function in a public place, I suppose.

I hated going anywhere alone for a very long time. I always had to have someone with me. They provided the comfort that I needed when in public spaces.

When I moved out of my parents' place and started living on my own, I had to do everything myself. I was stuck in my apartment, doing nothing but sitting at my computer out of fear.

What was the fear?

I think it was being scared of people.
