Sleepy I have been

I know why I feel the way I do. When you are busy, you don't need to think too hard about how you feel; you keep going despite anything. In the moment, everything is just passing by, and your brain still processes and stores information for you. So when things slow down, and you have a real moment to breathe, you have a Jimmy Nutron moment, and it all hits you.

For me, it was a slow morning when I was just not in a good mood, and I could not figure out why. One of my business partners asked if I was tired, and I said no. Then my other business partner interjected and said I was tired of him.

In that moment, it all became clear. I have truly been fed up and tired of my business partner, and I must have been suppressing this for a while. At times, I would zone out and ignore him in my brain, but the NPC did hear him and would act accordingly. He mentioned things that I did to him, like walking away when he was talking to me. I do not remember this, and I have been just zooming him out for a while.

Now, in the present, I can't even stand being with him. I prefer to stay in my office rather than talk to him. When he is speaking to me, everything he says annoys me. He being around me is annoying.

I think I will take a leave of absence.
